KMSS provides auditing services to publicly-traded, private and not-for-profit enterprises using in-house auditing expertise. Our registration with the Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB) qualifies us to perform public-company audits.

We offer a high level of auditing expertise but with the benefit of more personalized service and greater involvement by KMSS partners. We customize our approach and work in collaboration with each client. We have helped a number of publicly traded companies manage the transition and conversion to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
