About Bruce
Bruce is one of KMSS’s four founding partners. Bruce has over 40 years of accounting and business consulting experience. Bruce earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Notre Dame University of Nelson in Nelson, B.C. in 1969 and attained his CA designation in 1973.
Bruce has served as a board member on numerous publicly traded companies listed on the TSX, TSX Venture and Nasdaq exchanges. Currently he is a director of three junior mining/resource companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and chairs the Audit Committee of each.
