Everyone at KMSS has access to the firm’s mentoring program. After you have been with the firm for three months, you select a mentor. If you are a student or team member, you choose from among our Managers, and if you are a Manager, you choose from among our Partners. From that time forward, you make use of the relationship to whatever extent suits your needs.

The mentoring relationship provides opportunities to discuss your career path, the nature of the work you’re doing, the challenges you’re encountering, and your personal development. KMSS’s mentoring program is separate from your formal CA studies and any other academic/professional development courses.

Your mentor is committed to offering you support, guidance and coaching throughout the relationship. If you’re a CA student, your mentor will also help you go through the CASB process and provide individual guidance in studying for the UFE.
